How It Works

The referral process takes just a few minutes. Once we receive your referral, we set up your account and contact the NDIA to register as your plan manager. The full process is typically completed within a few business days.

We review your details, set up your account, and register as your plan manager with the NDIA through the myplace portal. We then contact your providers to let them know where to send invoices going forward.

Once you sign up, we contact your providers directly to let them know where to send invoices. You can also share our invoicing email (invoices@ripperpm.com.au) with any new providers.

Yes. We provide regular financial statements showing your spending across all categories. You can also contact us at any time to request an update on your budget balances.

No. There is no lock-in period or long-term contract. You are free to change plan managers whenever you choose — it is your right under the NDIS.
