Yes. With plan management, you can use both NDIS-registered and non-registered providers. Many excellent therapists, support workers, and small businesses choose not to register, and plan management gives you access to all of them.

Your NDIS plan and funding levels remain exactly the same. Switching plan managers only changes who handles the financial administration — your support budgets are not affected in any way.

Very little. You complete a short referral form to get started, and then we handle all invoicing, payments, and NDIA claims on your behalf. You simply choose your providers and receive your supports.

Yes. A family member, carer, support coordinator, or nominee can complete the referral form and manage plan management communications on your behalf.
